One thing I learned from meeting people is to ask the right question at the right time.
I had many experiences where the boy seemed nice; everything worked fine until, voilà! They say they have a girlfriend, or you find it out. I have more than one experience with cases like this, but for this one, let's start with the most stupid one ever! Let's go!

I was returning home from work when suddenly, a boy stopped me and asked where I was from. Up to this point, I think I'm getting used to it, so I just explained it. After a few weeks of talking through Kakao, he asked to go out for a coffee, then we met for dinner, and another dinner, and everything was going well.

It was going well until… one day; suddenly, his Kakao profile photo was a girl. Trust me; I was confused for about 5 minutes until I realized it was him! I checked his profile, and yes, all his photos were different!
* In Kakao, you can change and hide your photos. You also have the chance of having more than one profile, meaning you can have different pictures for different contacts.

I was soooo shocked that I texted him (a bit angry, ngl) and asked for an explanation. He didn't reply to me for two weeks. After that, he texted me back, and yes, all his profile pictures were again the first ones I saw, only him, no girl around to be found.

I was mad, but a few days later, I thought the whole situation was a bit funny, so for every message he sent me saying, "I miss you, can we please meet again?" My answer was: "Oh, no, thank you, go with your girlfriend" or "no, sorry, I don't date liars". I might sound harsh, but he was (and sorry for the word) an asshole. So enough!

And yes, he still messages me sometimes, but yes, he also has the girl photos back on his profile! I can say I don't understand how boys think!
